ATA Tuesday 11/18/25 “Tentative”

Hi Volunteers,

I am listing this Tuesday’s workday as “tentative” due to weather concerns. There will be updates all the way to early Tuesday morning so check before you walk out the door.

The two workdays we still have planned for this fall are the first mile of the Charity Valley Trail and to finish the causeway to the Curtz Lake peninsula. Both are shorter workdays and at lower elevation, so there is a chance we can dodge the rain and snow and get a couple hours out at one of these locations on Tuesday. I’m putting the hours at 10:00 to 1:00 so we have more time to evaluate the weather situation and allow the ground to soften if it freezes Monday night.

Thanks for your patience as we navigate late fall weather in the Sierra Nevada. And look for updates in separate emails as we get closer.–
