Work Day Tuesday, October 21, 2025
Hello Volunteers,
With snow affecting access to our high country trails we thought this Tuesday October 21 would be a great day to wrap things up at the Curtz Lake Interpretive Trail. We will meet at the Curtz Lake parking lot at 9:00 am and expect to end by noon. We just need to put the finishing touches on the peninsula trail and plant some trees we picked up at the tree planting last Saturday.
A look ahead; Next week, the 28th, we will be heading up the Charity Valley Trail from Grover Hot Springs to take care of downed trees and summer growth. Details will be sent next Saturday.
Please RSVP “Reply to All” if you plan to attend any workday. Be aware, personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for all ATA workdays. Volunteers must wear long sleeves and pants, closed toe shoes, gloves, sunglasses and hardhats. We provide the tools, hardhats, instruction, trained safety personnel and equipment. Please bring food and water to last the workday. A backpack for carrying food, water, and supplies is recommended. No late arrivals please. —
